Many properties here are structurally sound — but tired inside. Anyone who buys a flat or a house in La Zenia, Cabo Roig or Ciudad Quesada usually faces the same question: who will turn it into a home for me without me having to coordinate five different firms?
That is exactly my trade, for over 20 years: reorganising rooms, laying floors and tiles, kitchens from bare shell to installation, electrics and plumbing included. You can see two real examples below — a kitchen that started out as a stripped-back room, and a bedroom that was completely rebuilt.

Renovation & refurbishment: What owners often ask me
Do you really do everything yourself — or will I need other tradesmen too?
For a normal renovation you don't need anyone else: drylining, floors, tiling, kitchen, electrics, plumbing, painting — it all comes from one hand. That saves you the coordination and the misunderstandings between different firms.
We've only just bought the property and are still abroad — how does it work?
Very often exactly like that: we do a site visit in person or by video, you get a clear quote, and while the work is going on you receive regular photos and videos by WhatsApp. Many of my clients only see their property again once everything is finished — and that's exactly what I work for.
Can you fit our kitchen from Germany here in Spain?
Yes, I do that often: I prepare the connections and walls according to the kitchen plan and fit the kitchen completely — including appliances and worktop. You supply the kitchen, I take care of the rest.
Do you also work in Alicante, Elche or Gran Alacant?
Yes. I'm based in La Zenia near Torrevieja, but I take on renovations throughout the region — from Elche and Alicante via Gran Alacant to Guardamar. For larger projects I also travel further up the coast with my fully equipped camper, as far as Denia.
What does a renovation cost?
Honest answer: that depends on the condition and the scope of the work, and anyone who gives you a figure without seeing the job is guessing. After the site visit you'll get a clear quote from me with fair terms — and it stands.
