Building plots inland – from around €30,000

Right on the coast, free building plots are rare and expensive. Around a 30-minute drive inland, things look different: building plots there start at about €30,000 – with peace and space, yet still close to the sea.

Our example calculation allows €40,000 for the plot.

Stage 1

Shell – The foundation for your new home

Would you like to do the interior finishing yourself or with your own tradespeople?

We build the basic structure of the house to the agreed scope. Possible services:

  • Complete roof structure with roof covering
  • Facade build-up and exterior render
  • Windows and exterior doors on request
  • Further shell work by arrangement

Stage 2

Partial completion – We take care of the main work

Would you like to have a large part of the house completed, but organise certain work or fittings yourself?

In addition to the agreed shell, we can take on, for example:

  • Windows and exterior doors

  • Interior plastering and drywall
  • Screed and floor preparation
  • Bathroom preparation
  • Further finishing work to your wishes

Together with us, you decide which work should be included and what you'd like to take care of yourself.

Stage 3

Turnkey – Move in and feel at home

Would you rather take care of as little as possible and take over your new home ready to live in?

We coordinate the agreed construction and finishing work through to turnkey handover. Depending on the quote, this can include:

Modern SIP construction

Insulated, not just bricked – a home for summer and winter

Our new builds are planned with modern SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels). They consist of two strong OSB boards with an insulating core. The structure is completed by an additional thin insulation layer with a rendered exterior facade and an interior lining of plasterboard.

How much does a building plot cost on the Costa Blanca?

Is a pool included in the price?

What is SIP construction?
